Can I book a meeting room without a membership?
Yes, our meeting rooms are available for both non-members and members.
Is catering available?
You will have complimentary biscuits and unlimited teas/coffees/water available, but we do not provide lunch or catering.
If you would like to order food to be delivered, we can bring it in to you – we recommend local caterers C Catering and Hey Pesto.
How do I book a meeting room?
Choose your desired space and click the ‘Book Now’ button to fill in the form – the team will check availability and get back to you ASAP.
Is there parking near the meeting rooms?
Star Lodge has a limited capacity on-site car park which you can use for your meeting (up to 4 spaces) – you must note this on your enquiry or email the team to let us know you require spaces.
Regent Arcade and Rodney Road are easily accessible car parks near Frogmore House.
What's the minimum hire time?
Our minimum booking time is 2 hours.
What time are you open?
The Workplace opens at 8:30am and access can be arranged earlier or until the evening upon request. Our car park is open 24/7 for people who have booked with us.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely, we’re very dog-friendly.
Is the coffee actually any good?
Our coffee is brewed from beans by James Gourmet, a local independent roastery.
Are you open on the weekends and evenings?
Please speak to one of the team to see if we can accomodate this.
